Privacy Policy

The short version
This policy explains what personal data Lore Index collects, why we collect it, who can see it, and how long we keep it. We’ve kept it plain on purpose. We collect only what the service needs to operate, and nothing is shared or sold.
Account and service data
We store your account information and the organizational memory entries you submit, only to operate the service. Your data is yours: we don’t sell it and we don’t train AI on it. The Terms of Service cover this in more detail.
Beta application data
When you apply for the limited beta at /apply, we collect your email address and create an application record: your email, the application status, the date you applied, and — if you’re accepted — the date approved. We use this record for one purpose: to manage access to the limited beta, by reviewing applications and emailing a sign-up link to accepted applicants. You provide it voluntarily to request access.
Who can see it
Beta application data is accessible only to the operators of Lore Index through internal, private and secure tools. It is never published, never shared, and never sold.
Retention of beta data
Beta application records are temporary. They will all be deleted once the beta concludes (anticipated before 2027), after which the data is no longer needed.
Deletion and requests
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will. Get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you have a question about how your data is held, please get in touch.
