No. A seat is one human member of your organisation. You can point an unlimited number of AI agents and API keys at your index on any plan — agent access is never billed. Deploy your whole agent fleet against a single team's seats.
Active, draft, and pending-review entries count. Archived entries do not — entries can never be hard-deleted, so archiving one always frees room. The Standard and Enterprise plans have no entry limit.
A single list of entries automatically compiled from your organisation's MUST and SHOULD rules. This pack is capped at 1,500 tokens, to prevent context bloat. Agents load it at the start of each session, then search for anything more specific. It is included on every plan.
Any MCP-capable agent, such as Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, or your own custom agents — on every plan.
Standard starts with a 14-day free trial. It is billed per human member, per month once the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal.

Vector memory extracts and guesses. Lore Index is governed: entries are human-approved, scoped, versioned, and audited, and MUST rules are binding rather than probabilistic recall. Governance is included on every plan — never gated.
